Poland’s packaging industry registered a 25.5% drop in IT hiring activity in September 2021 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics database.
The industry’s overall hiring is decreased by 12.88% in September 2021 when compared with August 2021.
Out of the packaging industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed an 11.27% share in September 2021, recording a decrease of 2.29% over the last three-month average share.

Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 102.78% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s packaging industry in September 2021.

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 25% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s packaging industry during September 2021 over August 2021.
The Procter & Gamble posted 10 IT jobs in September 2021 and registered a drop of 9.09% over the previous month, followed by Reckitt Benckiser Group with 7 jobs and a flat growth. Demae-can with 3 IT jobs and Arla Foods with 3 jobs, recorded a flat growth and a 200% flat growth, respectively, while Japan Tobacco recorded an increase of 100% with 2 job postings during September 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in September 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 80.56%, down by 40.82% from August 2021. Mid Level positions with a 16.67% share, registered a decline of 64.71% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 2.78% share, down 85.71% over August 2021.
