Poland’s packaging industry registered a 3.1% drop in IT hiring activity in December 2021 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics database.
The industry’s overall hiring is decreased by 6.26% in December 2021 when compared with November 2021.
Out of the packaging industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 10.86% share in December 2021, recording an increase of 0.56% over the last three-month average share.
Top five job classifications in Poland’s packaging industry’s IT recruitment activity in December 2021
Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 101.96% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s packaging industry in December 2021.
1) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers recorded a share of 52.94% in December 2021, registering a 20.59% decline over the previous month.
2) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations claimed a 19.61% share, an increase of 11.11% over the previous month.
3) Computer and Information Analysts held a share of 11.76%, registering a 20% rise from November 2021.
4) Database and Network Administrators and Architects captured a share of 11.76%, down 79.31% over the previous month.
Top five packaging companies in Poland’s IT recruitment activity in December 2021
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average decline of 7.69% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s packaging industry during December 2021 over November 2021.
The Procter & Gamble posted 10 IT jobs in December 2021 and registered a drop of 33.33% over the previous month, followed by Philip Morris International with 8 jobs and a 46.67% drop. Reckitt Benckiser Group with 7 IT jobs and AB Electrolux with 7 jobs, recorded a 40% growth and a 133.33% growth, respectively, while PepsiCo recorded an increase of 300% with 4 job postings during December 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in December 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 74.51%, down by 19.15% from November 2021. Entry Level positions with a 15.69% share, registered a decline of 46.67% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 9.8% share, down 68.75% over November 2021.
