The industry’s overall hiring increased by 0.82% in July 2022 when compared with June 2022.
Out of the packaging industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 7.75% share in July 2022, recording an increase of 0.01% over the last three-month average share.

Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 100% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s packaging industry in July 2022.

Top five packaging companies in Poland’s IT recruitment activity in July 2022
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 42.11% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s packaging industry during July 2022 over June 2022.
Reckitt Benckiser Group posted 11 IT jobs in July 2022 and registered a rise of 37.5% over the previous month, followed by Philip Morris International with 6 jobs and a 500% growth. Carlsberg with 4 IT jobs and Kimberly-Clark with 3 jobs, recorded a 50% decline and a 200% growth, respectively, while IOI Corp recorded an increase of 200% with 3 job postings during July 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in July 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 59.57%, down by 34.88% from June 2022. Entry Level positions with a 21.28% share, registered an increase of 11.11% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 19.15% share, flat growth over June 2022.
