Poland’s packaging industry registered a 3.1% rise in IT hiring activity in February 2022 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics database.
The industry’s overall hiring increased by 3.89% in February 2022 when compared with January 2022.
Out of the packaging industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 10.39% share in February 2022, recording an increase of 0.09% over the last three-month average share.
Top five job classifications in Poland’s packaging industry’s IT recruitment activity in February 2022
Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 100% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s packaging industry in February 2022.
1) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers recorded a share of 47.3% in February 2022, registering a 45.83% growth over the previous month.
2) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations claimed a 20.27% share, an increase of 36.36% over the previous month.
3) Database and Network Administrators and Architects held a share of 14.86%, registering a 15.38% decline from January 2022.
4) Computer and Information Analysts captured a share of 10.81%, up 60% over the previous month.
Top five packaging companies in Poland’s IT recruitment activity in February 2022
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 110.53% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s packaging industry during February 2022 over January 2022.
The Procter & Gamble posted 14 IT jobs in February 2022 and registered a rise of 180% over the previous month, followed by Philip Morris International with 9 jobs and a 50% growth. Danone with 8 IT jobs and Kimberly-Clark with 5 jobs, recorded a flat growth and a 400% growth, respectively, while Reckitt Benckiser Group recorded a decline of 42.86% with 4 job postings during February 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in February 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 82.43%, up by 35.56% from January 2022. Mid Level positions with a 12.16% share, registered an increase of 200% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 5.41% share, down 50% over January 2022.
