Poland’s packaging industry registered a 3.9% rise in IT hiring activity in August 2022 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics database.
The industry’s overall hiring is decreased by 0.81% in August 2022 when compared with July 2022.
Out of the packaging industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed an 8.09% share in August 2022, recording an increase of 0.34% over the last three-month average share.
Top five job classifications in Poland’s packaging industry’s IT recruitment activity in August 2022
Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 100% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s packaging industry in August 2022.
1) Database and Network Administrators and Architects recorded a share of 35.71% in August 2022, registering an 11.11% growth over the previous month.
2) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers claimed a 32.14% share, an increase of 5.88% over the previous month.
3) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 25%, registering a 16.67% rise from July 2022.
4) Computer and Information Analysts captured a share of 7.14%, flat growth over the previous month.
Top five packaging companies in Poland’s IT recruitment activity in August 2022
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 18.52% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s packaging industry during August 2022 over July 2022.
Reckitt Benckiser Group posted 9 IT jobs in August 2022 and registered a drop of 18.18% over the previous month, followed by Philip Morris International with 7 jobs and a 16.67% growth. Amcor with 6 IT jobs and Nestle with 5 jobs, recorded a flat growth and a 16.67% decrease, respectively, while Carlsberg recorded an increase of 25% with 5 job postings during August 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in August 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 67.86%, up by 18.75% from July 2022. Entry Level positions with a 17.86% share, registered a decline of 9.09% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 14.29% share, down 11.11% over July 2022.
