Poland’s packaging industry registered a 5.6% rise in IT hiring activity in November 2021 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics database.
The industry’s overall hiring increased by 1.2% in November 2021 when compared with October 2021.
Out of the packaging industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 10.73% share in November 2021, recording a decrease of 0.89% over the last three-month average share.
Top five job classifications in Poland’s packaging industry’s IT recruitment activity in November 2021
Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 101.33% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s packaging industry in November 2021.
1) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers recorded a share of 41.33% in November 2021, registering a 3.13% decline over the previous month.
2) Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a 38.67% share, an increase of 222.22% over the previous month.
3) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 12%, registering a 35.71% decline from October 2021.
4) Computer and Information Analysts captured a share of 6.67%, up 25% over the previous month.
Top five packaging companies in Poland’s IT recruitment activity in November 2021
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 113.04% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s packaging industry during November 2021 over October 2021.
The Procter & Gamble posted 15 IT jobs in November 2021 and registered a rise of 66.67% over the previous month, followed by Philip Morris International with 15 jobs and a flat growth. British American Tobacco with 10 IT jobs and Danone with 5 jobs, recorded a flat growth and a flat growth, respectively, while Arla Foods recorded a flat growth with 4 job postings during November 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in November 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 62.67%, up by 23.68% from October 2021. Mid Level positions with a 20% share, registered an increase of 87.5% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 17.33% share, down 13.33% over October 2021.
