The company’s overall hiring activity increased by 16.09% in October 2021 when compared with September 2021.
IT jobs claimed an 8.59% share in the company’s total hiring activity in October 2021, and recorded a 0.46% growth over the last three-month average share.
Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops The Procter & Gamble IT hiring in October 2021
Out of the total IT job titles posted by The Procter & Gamble, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 72.46% in October 2021, and a 51.52% rise over September 2021, while Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a share of 15.94% in October 2021, and registered flat growth. Computer and Information Research Scientists held a share of 5.8% in October 2021, a flat growth from September 2021.
North America drives IT hiring at The Procter & Gamble
North America emerged as the leading region in the global packaging IT hiring activity in October 2021 with a 44.93% share, which marked an 82.35% rise over the previous month.
Europe stood next with 31.88%, registering a 4.76% month-on-month growth. South & Central America was the third leading region with a 10.14% share and a 22.22% drop over September 2021.
In the fourth place was Middle East & Africa with a share of 7.25% and a month-on-month increase of 400%. Asia-Pacific stood at the bottom of the table with a share of 5.8%, registering a 20% drop over the previous month.
The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s packaging industry IT hiring activity with a 43.48% share in October 2021, an 114.29% growth over September 2021. Poland featured next with a 13.04% share, down 10% over the previous month. Costa Rica recorded an 8.7% share, a decline of 14.29% compared with September 2021.
Junior Level jobs lead The Procter & Gamble IT hiring activity in October 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 62.32%, up by 34.38% from September 2021. Mid Level positions with a 20.29% share, a growth of 55.56% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 17.39% share, flat growth over September 2021.
