The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average decline of 16.88% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of the US’s packaging industry during October 2021 over September 2021.
Ball posted 218 IT jobs in October 2021 and registered a drop of 32.51% over the previous month, followed by Peloton Interactive with 51 jobs and a 155% growth. Carrier Global with 50 IT jobs and Unternehmensgruppe Theo Muller S.e.c.s. with 43 jobs, recorded a 33.33% decline and a 79.17% flat growth, respectively, while JBS recorded a flat growth with 32 job postings during October 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in October 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 54.89%, down by 1.81% from September 2021. Mid Level positions with a 23.36% share, registered a decline of 8.58% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 20.57% share, down 22.78% over September 2021, while Senior postings accounted for 1.18%, recording a month-on-month increase of 27.27%.
