French packaging company Albéa has announced the acquisition of Eyelematic, a US-based manufacturer of metal parts and plastics.
Eyelematic has three plants that serve the American market with a products for the cosmetic, skincare and perfume sectors.
François Luscan, Albéa president and CEO, said the acquisition fits with the company’s development dynamics with the goal to construct a solid, global platform for growth.
With the integration of Eyelematic, Albéa has 34 sites in 13 countries and offers packaging solutions for the make-up, skincare, perfume and oral care markets.
