All4Labels Global Packaging Group has announced the acquisition of Maxcor Indústria de Etiquetas, a Brazilian labelling company for the chemicals and oil sector.

The companies have not disclosed the financial details and other terms of this transaction.

Completion of the deal is now subject to the receipt of certain customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.

The latest acquisition will further help All4Labels to expand its presence in the Central America or ‘Latin America’ (LATAM) region.

Established in 1990 near Belo Horizonte, Maxcor is a converter for the industrials, chemicals, and oil markets.

The company has more than three decades of experience in manufacturing labels, stickers, and sleeves using both rotary flexographic and screen printing processes.

“Together, we aim to further extend our productive capacity in LATAM, keeping on serving local and international clients,” All4Labels M&A executive vice-president Fernando Gabel added.

Following this acquisition, All4Labels said it will continue to invest in different regions, technologies, and markets to support the company’s expansion and sustainable growth.

Earlier in July, it announced acquiring Chile-based label converter AMF Etiquetas, a part of AMF Group.
