Austrian packaging solutions and recycling solutions provider ALPLA has agreed to purchase Spanish plastic packaging company Bopla.
The acquisition is part of an asset deal. Both the parties have not disclosed the purchase price, or any further details involved with the acquisition.

ALPLA has a production plant in Les Franqueses since 1990, which will be integrated with the new site.
Headquartered in Bünde, Bopla specialises in manufacturing plastic packaging leveraging technologies extrusion blow moulding (EBM) and injection stretch blow moulding (ISBM) technologies.
