The company says that its automated food labelling solutions can help increase consumer safety and improve margins while accelerating the kitchen labelling operations’ performance.

The technology provides detailed food item labelling including prepared and use by date / time shelf life labels, ingredients and nutritional data. It helps to eliminate health code violations caused by illegible handwriting as well as reduce spoilage and food inventory costs.

The company says that that the FreshMarx 9417 provides application-specific labelling solutions, including dissolvable labels, labels that perform in extreme temperatures, highly durable labels and product labels.

Fresh food can also be prepared more quickly, as the technology cuts down the need for employees to reference shelf life charts and manually calculate expiration dates. The printer is integrated with multi-lingual operator screens and labels as well as a globally certified wireless solution.
