Berlin Packaging has acquired BlueSky, a UK-based company that provides packaging products for a wide variety of sectors, including beauty, personal care, home care and drinks.
BlueSky supplies plastic, metal and glass packaging such as containers, closures and dispensing products tailored to customer requirements.

It also works with small and mid-sized clients across the UK and offers services intended to support their expansion.

The deal follows Berlin Packaging’s recent acquisition of O.Berk Company, another family-run packaging supplier of plastic, glass and metal containers, closures and related services.
