Strategic retail consultancy Bold Retail has introduced GlacierBox, a marketing and fulfilment solution for frozen and refrigerated foods manufacturers.
Developed in collaboration with Perishable Shipping Solutions (PSS), GlacierBox supports manufacturers to expand their e-commerce presence.
According to the company, the new service can be used by brands of all sizes, including new companies entering the online retail market.
The company will test the products sent using the GlacierBox to ensure they reach the customer at the right temperatures. These products will be delivered in eco-friendly, biodegradable GreenCellFoam coolers.
Bold Retail president Allan Peretz said: “We’ve mapped out the entire process for our clients, including sales forecasting, content creation, marketing, fulfilment, and customer service.
“Our clients can be up and running on Amazon Prime and on their own DTC websites in 60 days or less.”
The service can help increase sales by leveraging a combination of tactics, including Amazon’s media capabilities and advertising on platforms such as Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
In addition, the new service can use PSS’s fulfilment network to reach 93% of the US population with two-day ground shipping.

In April, Bold Retail added a new suite of capabilities to assist brands in accelerating their business on Walmart.com.
