Packaging machinery developer Colin Mear Engineering (CME) has introduced a new division under a partnership with specialist consultancy ThePackHub, to create bespoke packaging solutions from the concept to consumer stage.
CME Innovation will offer a proactive, market-driven approach towards designing and manufacturing innovative packaging solutions.
Customers can be involved in various stages of packaging production, ranging from concept development, packaging design and feasibility, to prototype testing, machinery manufacture and production.
CME engineering director Paul Simmons said: "We have more than 30 years' experience in developing creative packaging machinery solutions.

Established in 1983, CME supplies quality bespoke and generic packaging machinery. It also manufactures, sources and supplies a variety of spare parts to help customers increase their operational reliability and efficiency.
For more than three decades, the company has worked with the world's largest cigarette producers and helped them with cost-effective solutions for technical and operational problems.
