Allegheny Technologies Incorporated (ATI) has announced a public offering of convertible senior notes with a five-year maturity.

Allegheny Technologies Incorporated (ATI) has announced a public offering of convertible senior notes with a five-year maturity.

Under the terms of the offering, interest will be payable semi-annually starting from 1 January 2017.

ATI supplies American specialty metals and components.

Constellium will issue 1,836,710 Class A ordinary shares, according to a registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The transaction's selling shareholders include Pierre Vareille, Didier Fontaine, Jeremy Leach, Yves Merel, Simon Laddychuk, Peter Basten, Paul Warton, and Marc Boone.

Under the terms of the transaction, the Dutch company will not receive any proceeds from the issuance.

Based in the Netherlands, Constellium produces extruded aluminium products worldwide.

Reynolds American, a tobacco manufacturer, has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company plans to sell its debt securities and use the proceeds for general corporate purposes.

Mambalam Iyers Food Products Pvt. has reportedly secured between Rs200m ($2.99m) and Rs330m ($4.94m) in funds to expand its business and product portfolio.

The Indian packaged food producer has raised finances from a high-profile investor through a Series A round of funding, which included both equity and preference shares.

Mambalam Iyers' product offerings include pickles, syrups, chutneys and fruit squashes.
