Private equity investment firm Platinum Equity will acquire Broadway Industrial Group’s Foam Plastic Solutions (FPS) and Flow Control Devices (FCD) businesses for S$150m ($110.8m).
Broadway Industrial Group Limited is a manufacturer and supplier of foams, pulps and thermo-formed packaging products based in Singapore.
Seafarms Group Ltd will issue 78.48m shares in private placement to raise A$7.1m ($5.40m) in a transaction that is expected to be completed by next week.
The Australian producer and exporter of seafood products will offer the shares at a price of A$0.09 ($0.06) each.
The company will also offer 43.89m shares at a price of A$0.09 ($0.06) each in a second tranche of private placement. It intends to raise A$3.9m ($2.96m) through the offering.
Nippon Suisan Kaisha Ltd will raise up to ¥16.8bn ($167.88m) through public and private offering of shares.
The company will issue 5.07m new shares through private placement and 30.15m new shares through public offering.
Nippon Suisan Kaisha is a Japanese company engaged in the production and retailing of frozen food, shelf-stable food and other processed food.
