India-based personal care products Vini Cosmetics Pvt Ltd has announced plans to raise a sum of Rs4bn ($60.44m) from private equity firms to acquire business in skin and hair care segment.
In addition, Rs4bn ($60.44m) is planned to be raised for inorganic expansion of the company.

Innis & Gunn Brewing Company Limited, a Scottish producer of beers, has formed a joint venture (JV) with Diego Zamora SA, a Spanish manufacturer and seller of spirits and wines.
The joint venture, named SIP Drinks SAS, has been created to import and distribute the respective drinks brands of the two companies throughout the French market.
Under the agreement, both companies will share all financial and team resources to progress their expansion. Portfolio of SIP Drinks comprises Innis & Gunn, Licor 43, Villa Massa, Ramon Bilbao, Mar de Frades and Cruz de Alba.
