Shanghai Zijiang Enterprise Group has agreed to dispose of two production lines and associated equipment for JPY20m ($3m).
The China-based company is engaged in the manufacture and sale of packaging materials.

German marketer of forest products Jacob Jürgensen Papier und Zellstoff has entered a co-operation agreement with LEIPA Group for the overseas supply of the latter’s corrugated papers.
Apart from marketing forest products, Jacob Jürgensen also provides its customers with comprehensive service packages such as logistics, financing, and insurance.
LEIPA manufactures packaging products, including liner, board, special paper and others, and has recently acquired a 49% stake in Gratenau & Hesselbacher with the aim of expanding its portfolio.
