Sappi Guard barrier paper comes with integrated barrier functionality, which provides protection for TeeGschwendner’s tea.

The move will support TeeGschwendner’s aim to improve sustainability by using packaging made from renewable raw materials.

Based in Germany, TeeGschwendner is a tea retailer, while Sappi is a pulp and paper firm in South Africa.

Lazy Foods has chosen RPC Bebo Deventer’s multi-layer thermoformed pot, RO 115 cup, to package its range of preservative-free dips.

The multi-layer polypropylene structure of the packaging prevents oxygen ingress and ensures a shelf-life of 30-40 days.
