Twin Rivers Paper has agreed to acquire Mondi Group’s paper mill in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, US, for an undisclosed amount.
The mill manufactures industrial multi-wall bags made with unbleached kraft paper and serves a wide range of food, agricultural and industrial markets.

Twin Rivers produces speciality packaging, label, publishing and technical speciality papers, while Austria-based Mondi Group manufactures sustainable packaging and paper solutions.
The transaction will enable Twin Rivers to expand its product offering and strengthen its position in the market.
Syntel has partnered with Esko to strengthen its existing labelling and packaging solutions portfolio for the medical devices and pharmaceutical industries.
Esko’s products will be integrated into Syntel’s existing suite, as part of the agreement, providing the latter with access to the former’s training and support services.
