Twin Rivers Paper has agreed to acquire Mondi Group’s paper mill in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, US, for an undisclosed amount.
The mill manufactures industrial multi-wall bags made with unbleached kraft paper and serves a wide range of food, agricultural and industrial markets.
