Prinzhorn Group company Dunapack Packaging Hellas has agreed to purchase El Pack’s corrugated packaging business in Greece.
The deal covers facilities in Patras, Kapandriti and Thiva.

Financial terms of the deal remain undisclosed.
The transaction is pending regulatory clearance and is due to be completed in the second half of 2026.
Dunapack Packaging managing director and board member Stanislav Razpopov said: “The acquisition represents an important step in our regional growth strategy. By bringing together local expertise and the capabilities of the Dunapack Packaging network, we are well positioned to create added value for existing and future customers in Greece and neighbouring markets.”
El Pack’s corrugated packaging activities in Greece employ approximately 250 people and posted turnover of €43m ($48.9m) in 2025.
Dunapack Packaging Hellas has been a part of Prinzhorn Group since 2016.

In April, Dunapack Packaging agreed to acquire Stora Enso’s corrugated packaging businesses in Germany.
That transaction includes Gaster Wellpappe, Wellpappe Sausenheim and PTI, along with their sites in south-west Germany.
The German operations employ 350 people and generated €74m in revenue in 2025.
Prinzhorn Group operates through three divisions: Dunapack Packaging, which makes corrugated packaging; Hamburger Containerboard, which produces corrugated case materials; and Hamburger Recycling, which handles the collection and trade of secondary raw materials.
