North American foodservice packaging company D&W Fine Pack has signed an agreement to acquire US-based CM Packaging for an undisclosed amount.

The deal is scheduled to be complete by the end of the month and will help D&W become a national supplier of disposable foodservice containers.

Following the acquisition, the combined entity is expected to generate annual sales of $400m and is set to operate from 11 locations in the US and Canada.

The D&W product offering will be accompanied by CM Packaging’s stock and custom products as well as five manufacturing locations.

CM Packaging is a manufacturer of rigid plastic thermoformed containers and aluminium containers.
