Packaging manufacturer Fortis Solutions Group has purchased US-based pressure sensitive labels and flexible packaging printer Kala Packaging.

Financial details of the deal have not been disclosed.

Fortis, which is a portfolio company of private equity firm Main Post Partners, employs more than 850 employees across 14 sites in the US.

Following this deal, Fortis plans to continue acquisitions with the aim of expanding footprints and product offerings.

In 2018, Fortis acquired Premier Georgia Printing and Labels and Austin Label Company.
