Custom packaging and corrugated cardboard boxes manufacturer Green Bay Packaging has acquired US-based point-of-purchase display maker Baird Display.

Initially manufacturing candy boxes, Baird Display provides customised temporary point-of-purchase displays to advertising agencies and fulfillment organisations.

With nearly 40 employees, Baird distributes its products in the US, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and Central America.

The acquisition is expected to increase Green Bay Packaging’s point-of-purchase display capabilities, as well as expanding its market reach.

Green Bay Packaging has corrugated container plants, folding cartons, recycled and virgin linerboard mills, pressure-sensitive label rollstock, specialty converting operations, timberlands and a sawmill facility.

Headquartered in Wisconsin, US, Green Bay Packaging manufactures corrugated containers and boxes, containerboards, kraft linerboards and medium, folding cartons, coated label products and liner boards at its manufacturing facilities in 14 states.
