H.B. Fuller ensures high-performance with launch of Advantra 8790 adhesive

US based H.B. Fuller has launched Advantra 8790 as a new adhesive solution that can promise manufacturers 20% volume savings on typical applications.

The product has been formulated to meet customer demands for high-performance adhesives that are expected to assist manufacturers to grow their sustainable packaging business.

The solution is required in less quantity, which allows it to be used for sealing more packages.

Advantra 8790 also offers the benefits of good adhesion and fibre tear on a wide range of substrates.

The adhesive can be run on temperatures ranging from -40°F to 160°F, and enables less downtime, lower maintenance costs, cleaner running, and lower wear and tear on machinery.

The firm has launched two new flexible packaging adhesives Flextra Fast and Flextra Reseal in May and looks to cater to market demands for efficient and environmentally friendly packaging.

H B Fuller has also acquired Tonsan Adhesive and Continental Products to expand its business portfolio this year.
