Italy-based IPI has launched Flexpeed Aseptic – FX120, a new aseptic carton packaging solution for liquid food products.
Developed at the company’s facility in Italy, the new filling machine is a flexible roll-fed system designed to package various products, including milk, wine, fruit juices, tomato sauce and other liquid foods.
Using Flexpeed, users can also produce bricks of various volumes and shapes.
The machine can form, fill and seal up to 12,000 aseptic carton packages an hour for 100ml to 375ml sizes, and 10,000 units per hour for 500 to 1,000ml sizes.
The automated machine is equipped with automated transmission and packaging sterilisation systems.
