Ohio-based JBC Technologies has acquired NADCO Tapes & Labels, a manufacturing company in Sarasota, Florida, US.
The financial terms of the deal remain undisclosed.

The deal adds to JBC’s operations across the US and broadens its work in custom tapes and labels, adhesive parts, and specialised converting.
Together, the two companies are expected to handle a wider set of uses in identification, bonding, sealing, protection, and product performance.
This includes printed parts used in medical devices and consumer wearables.
Nadco’s Sarasota site will remain in operation and will act as a manufacturing base for the combined business in the southeastern US.

JBC said Nadco’s expertise in flexographic printing, digital printing, speciality tapes, and labels “complements” its integrated manufacturing platform.
This supplies parts for key applications such as satellite thermal control, brightness reduction, and medical wearables.
