The new Pentapharm LiquiGuard enables the formation of hot and cold-fill liquids and semi-solids, which can be directly packaged in a crystal-clear, thermostable laminate film that protects sensitive products from package leaching and moisture gain or loss.

The films can be used for various applications, including chewables, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, formulations sensitive to flavour or odour loss, unit dose liquids and veterinary packaging.

They also offer high heat stability, low leachability and extractability with odour and flavour retention ability.
