US-based polymer manufacturer Kraton is planning to showcase its speciality products at PLASTINDIA 2018, which is scheduled to take place later this month in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India.

In addition to polymers, Kraton also manufactures styrenic block copolymers, speciality polymers and performance products produced from pine wood pulping co-products.

At the event, Kraton intends to showcase its broad product portfolio, which has been developed to improve application performance.

The US-based manufacturer noted that its products and technologies that will be displayed at the event will address requirements of various markets.

Kraton will be targeting paving and roofing sector with its Highly Modified Asphalt (HiMA), which is claimed to offer a longer lasting pavement and roof design.

Its polymer modifications products are said to have designed for the thermoplastic modification, while its compounding solutions can be used to formulate TPE compounds in a variety of applications.

In the medical sector, Kraton will be presenting its advanced engineered synthetic elastomers that will address health concerns from plasticizers and resolve Type I allergies caused by natural rubber.
