US-based foodservice packaging company LBP Manufacturing has completed the acquisition of Dominion QSR for an undisclosed amount.
Dominion QSR is a quick-service restaurant business of Dominion Packaging, producing fry cartons, meal boxes, pie containers and other products to national QSR brands at its 245,000ft2 manufacturing facility.
The deal expands LBP’s product portfolio with the addition of a full suite of folding carton and corrugated packaging solutions from Dominion QSR.
Dominion founder Brett Hawkins is joining LBP Manufacturing as part of the terms of the transaction.
LBP Manufacturing CEO Matt Cook said: “Brett and his team have built Dominion QSR into a market leader in the folding carton space.
“The company’s culture of customer service and commitment to innovation align with LBP’s core values. We are excited to add the Dominion QSR business to LBP.”

The company is owned by PPC Partners and management. It currently operates manufacturing plants in the US, Poland, and China.
