The new Compact 24 Synchro is a Monoblock with the potential to manage high production rates of up to 150 vials a minute, while ensuring highest counting precision.

This system claims to ensure counting accuracy as it employs Twin Flap technology along with Synchro-dynamic conveyance system.

The Twin Flap technology increases the speed of the 12 channels of each counting unit by reducing the dwell time of the bottle under the funnel, while Synchro-dynamic conveyance system is claimed to transfer the counted product into the vial in continuous motion as the vial itself is fed along the line.
