The transaction involved the acquisition of the remaining 51% stake in the company, which is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Premier Foods.

Finnish packaging company Huhtamaki has acquired Delta Print & Packaging and its affiliate unit European Packaging Solutions Poland in a bid to establish its business in the European folding carton packaging market.
