Planet Paper Box intends to expand its business and offerings through the acquisition of the American manufacturer of packaging, displays, and retail signage.

Following the acquisition, the companies will operate as Planet Display & Packaging, and design and produce corrugated and permanent displays for the retail industry.

The combined group will also offer fulfilment and distribution services.
