Canadian corrugated paper box maker, Durabox Paper’s assets have been acquired by Supremex.
The acquirer company, which manufactures envelopes, labels and mailers, aims to expand its product offerings and diversify its business following the acquisition.

US-based plastic bags producer Novolex is set to be acquired by The Carlyle Group, an alternative asset management company, before 31 December.
