Germany-based pharmaceuticals packaging company, Uhlmann Packaging Systems, has announced that it has completed the acquisition of Dutch product counting and packaging systems manufacturer, Cremer Specialmachines.

UK-based hedge fund Elliott Advisors has completed the acquisition of an additional 1.75% stake in Akzo Nobel, increasing its total stake to 5%.
