Percival Print & Packaging has been acquired by Westcare, a printing, box-making and packaging operations provider.
Under the terms of the acquisition, Percival Print & Packaging will continue to operate independently for a certain time and retain its directors.
Both companies involved in the acquisition are based in Australia.
FP Corporation will acquire Japan-based Ueda Packaging Corporation in a transaction that is expected to be completed by 1 July.
FP Corporation is primarily engaged in the production and supply of polystyrene and compound resin food containers.
