Kush Bottles has signed an agreement to acquire Summit Innovations.

Kush Bottles has signed an agreement to acquire Summit Innovations.

The target company will merge with a Kush Bottles subsidiary in exchange for 1.28 million shares of Kush Bottles’ common stock and $3.2m in cash.

Subject to regulatory approvals, the transaction is expected to be closed in May 2018.

Kush Bottles is a provider of packaging supplies, vapourisers and branding solutions for the regulated cannabis industry while Summit Innovations distributes hydrocarbons to the legal cannabis industry.

Both companies are based in the US.

Consolidated Container Company (CCC) has acquired the assets of PolyCycle Solutions from DS Services of America, a bottled water and water filtration coolers provider.

Loews Corporation subsidiary CCC is involved in the provision of plastic packaging solutions, while PolyCycle manufacture plastic water bottle packaging.

All the companies involved in the transaction are based in the US.

Flexible packaging manufacturer ProAmpac has acquired Pactech Packaging, a provider of flexible packaging solutions.

Pactech’s business will operate under the ProAmpac brand, following the acquisition.

Both the companies involved in the transaction are based in the US.

One Equity Partners Europe has signed an agreement to acquire Walki Group from Finnish private equity firm CapMan Buyout.

One Equity Partners is a German middle market private equity firm, while Walki Group is a Finland-based technical laminate and protective packaging material producer.
