M&Q Holdings has acquired US-based food packaging company Flavorseal through its fully owned subsidiary M&Q Acquisition.

M&Q Holdings has acquired US-based food packaging company Flavorseal through its fully owned subsidiary M&Q Acquisition.

Flavorseal will operate as a division of M&Q Holdings under the same name and retain its operations in Ohio, US.

Based in the US, M&Q Holdings is an investment portfolio company of private equity firm Capital Partners.

The acquisition will enable M&Q to expand its product portfolio.

US-based investment holding company Golden West Packaging Group has acquired Fleetwood-Fibre Packaging and Graphics.

“The acquisition will enable M&Q to expand its product portfolio.”

Based in the US, the target company is a corrugated packaging products manufacturer and retailer.

Plastic bottles manufacturer Berry Global Group has acquired plastic products company Clopay for $475m.

The acquisition will enable the two companies to optimise production capacities and reduce material and conversion costs.

Both companies involved in the transaction are based in the US.

BST eltromat International has acquired a stake in Nyquist Systems.

Both the companies involved in the acquisition are German quality assurance system providers for the printing and packaging industries.

The acquisition will strengthen BST’s position in the narrow-web market.
