Space Holding and Peninsula Capital Partners have acquired Italian non-refillable closures manufacturer Guala Closures from Neuberger Berman Group and GCL Holdings for $1.36bn.

Space Holding is an Italian investment firm, while Peninsula Capital is a US-based private equity firm.
