Metsä Board’s impressive score reflects strong performance across all four categories evaluated by EcoVadis: Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement.
Notably, the company received a perfect score of 100/100 in the Environment category for the third consecutive year.
Additionally, it saw improvement in Labor & Human Rights, achieving a score of 90/100.

Last month, Metsä Tissue, a tissue paper segment encompassing the greaseproof paper business of Metsä Group, was awarded the Platinum rating by EcoVadis for the fifth consecutive year.
This rating, for the company’s sustainability and social responsibility practices, placed Metsä Tissue in the top 1% of all companies evaluated by EcoVadis.
