The move is part of Morrison Industries’ plan to expand its presence and enhance customer service while foraying into new markets.

In addition to fabricating plastic and foam packaging, Envoy Packaging will develop dunnage to work together with steel shipping racks and expendable, cardboard, packaging of Morrison Industries.

The acquisition will enable the two companies to produce and sell an entire line of both expendable and returnable packaging products.
