US-based company OfficePro has acquired packaging supply store Elkhorn Chemical and Packaging that offers janitorial, safety and packaging supplies in Elkhorn, Wisconsin.

Established in 1946, Elkhorn Chemical and Packaging provides more than 10,000 items such as boxes, tape, displays and bags, to help packaging companies run their businesses.

OfficePro president Jamin Arn said: “We started our business focusing on fulfilling the needs of the front office.

“This deal will allow us to diversify, grow and be even more competitive.”

“Now we are fulfilling our customers’ needs from the front office, to the breakroom, to the warehouse. This deal will allow us to diversify, grow and be even more competitive.”

With the completion of the current transaction, OfficePro is claimed to have become one of the largest office and janitorial supply companies in Janesville, Wisconsin.

Under the terms of the deal, Elkhorn Chemical and Packaging will continue to operate independently with its currently exiting leadership team.
