US-based contract packaging and beauty samples manufacturing company Orlandi is expanding its manufacturing capabilities to meet increasing demand for domestic filling and retail packaging solutions.
The expansion is primarily focused on beauty, personal care, fragrance, and other consumer packaged goods brands.
Orlandi offers packaging and container filling services customised for production runs of various scales.
This enables Orlandi to provide flexibility, quality, and speed tailored to the requirements of its clients in the consumer packaged goods sector.
Orlandi processes a wide variety of bulk products, including fragrances, creams, gels, lotions, and liquids.
The company utilises both client-supplied and Orlandi-sourced glass and plastic containers, managing most cap and pump closures throughout the process.
In a notable advancement for fragrance applications, Orlandi has initiated in-house blending and cold-filtering of fragrance solutions.
This new capability guarantees optimal clarity and performance prior to the filling stage, thereby enhancing the overall quality of the products, the company said.
The organisation’s offerings go beyond filling, providing a comprehensive packaging solution.
This encompasses in-house labelling, product cartoning, corrugated case packing, partitioning, and custom pack-outs, supporting every phase of the production process.
Furthermore, Orlandi produces vial cards and folders on-site, managing all elements of printing, die-cutting, and assembly.
Orlandi sales senior vice-president Russell Ostroff said: “Having our operations based in the US allows us to respond quickly and consistently deliver high-quality results – even under tight deadlines.
“This enables us to maintain stronger quality control, offer more responsive service, and better support domestic manufacturing needs.”
In April this year, Orlandi unveiled its new eco-friendly paper label created for fragrance sampling.
