The iQ Series system has a footprint of 62ft2 and reduces operating, material and shipping costs.

Packsize’s new system is claimed to provide an effective ship-from-store strategy to retailers struggling to manage the increasing volume of online orders.

iQ3 On Demand Packaging machine produces 100% recyclable corrugated packaging that ensures the safety of the products from damage.

It also addresses the continued trend toward lighter weight as well as decreased shipping volumes.

The system produces right-sized boxes that reduce waste and minimise costs throughout the supply chain for retailers.

Two integration options add to the space-saving design of the automated packaging system and are expected to increase the machine’s portability and flexibility in dynamic fulfilment environments.

The iQ3 system is equipped with an onboard air compressor to eliminate the need for air drop connections and a newly available operator-friendly box-sealing device GL3 to provide additional workspace utility and convenience.

Packsize noted that the rise in demand for products online has led to the expansion of the e-commerce market, which resulted in increased usage of corrugated packaging for the shipment of products sold.
