TNT Group was established in 2013 by Toby Cattermole and Thomas Diezinger. The company operates from Hong Kong, Paris, and New York, supplying premium packaging to established luxury houses and niche brands.
Its operations follow a fabless model, supported by industrial partners in Asia and Europe.
Cattermole and Diezinger, along with TNT Group’s key managers, will reinvest a “significant” share of the proceeds from the sale in the combined group, according to Andera.
Damon Kennish has been named CEO of TNT Group.
TNT Group co-founder Thomas Diezinger: “The outstanding creativity of PM Studio Group, combined with TNT Group’s cutting-edge engineering, serving complementary projects and client portfolios, allows us to look ahead to the coming years with strong growth ambitions.”
The deal creates a “complementary” solution spanning the complete value chain from creation through to logistics.
The enlarged group will serve major beauty and luxury groups, fast-growing niche brands, and companies in the wines & spirits sector.
Its geographical presence will cover Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and North America.
