The merged entity will operate under the PPC Flexible Packaging brand name, while the fresh produce and floral segments will continue to operate under the Temkin brand.

PPC Flexible offers flexographic printing and converting of flexible films, bags and pouches to customers across healthcare / medical, snack organic brands, produce, pet food, and bakery applications.

The company currently operates three manufacturing facilities in Buffalo Grove, Illinois, Mission, Kansas, and Rome, Georgia.
