Rigid packaging solution provider Precision Concepts International has acquired Miami, Florida-based C&G Packaging (C&G).
Founded in 2015, C&G is an injection-blow moulding manufacturer of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) containers and jars for the pharmaceutical, nutritional, food and beverage markets.

The company offers a portfolio of stock containers ranging from 16oz to 128oz in various shapes and colours.
C&G is located in Southeast Florida and supplies products to customers across the US and Canada.
Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

Precision Concepts is investing to expand the company’s manufacturing operation in Miami.
In addition, C&G’s existing and prospective customers will have access to Precision Concepts’ manufacturing facilities across the US, Canada, and Latin America.
