US-based Prep U Products will exhibit its new product line and brand design at the Natural Products Expo West trade show in Anaheim, California, taking place on 8 March.
The company said that new packaging and products provide personal care items for active pre-teen boys.
The products are designed to combat body odour and offer parents a better option for personal care items for their children.
Prep U Products founder and CEO Michelle Houp said the inspiration came from her children: “As my boys got older, I realised there was nothing for them in market. Either it was baby products, which my boys wouldn’t touch, or products and brands geared toward a mature, adult audience.
“From the ingredient lists to the messages and values those brands portray, that wasn’t the world I wanted my sons to grow up in.”
Currently, the products available under this brand include the Body Spray, Sport Soak and Active Dry Powder.
Houp further added: “First and foremost was providing all-natural, high-quality products for parents like myself looking for a better option.
“But there was also a bigger mission behind the creation of Prep U, a desire to inspire confidence, cleanliness, independence and honesty in boys when it comes to their personal care and personal development.”
The company’s new products will include Natural Deodorant, Charcoal Deodorant, Body Wash, and Foaming Wash.
According to the Prep U, similarly to all its other products, the new offerings are using limited, safe, natural ingredients and essentials oils, while they are formulated to combat sweat and odours.
